The location is perfect with plenty of food options and Disney a mile away. Their shuttle service made it very easy. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Everyone always greeted us with a smile and gave great customer service . The hotel is beautiful and well kept up. We did have our heater not working when we came in and we informed front desk on our way out for a walk around town and they fixed it by the time we were back. We will definitely return! The only thing I do wish the room had would be a microwave to warm up toddlers milk. Thanks for the great service!
We stayed at this hotel because we wanted to stay somewhere other than Disney resorts this time. The hotel is constructed of concrete which means it is much more quiet than wood-framed (ie lower end) hotels where you can hear every footstep booming above, and next to, you. The hotel is also setback off the street and tucked behind a couple of other hotels, which further secludes it. Our stay was pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. Will stay again for sure. The signature Hyatt service was the chef's kiss, as always.
We enjoyed our stay, friendly service and renovated rooms. Good free breakfast for Globalists. Only issue is the shuttle - it was running quite late in the morning so we missed the opening time of the park. Overall, still a very nice hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Orange County. The shuttle to Disney was perfect and made getting to the parks so easy. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very accommodating, with great amenities throughout. We were especially impressed with the dining options inside the hotel—everything we tried was so good. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
From the second we arrived they treated us like royalty. It truly felt like they rolled out a red carpet each time we came or went. Valet and service were wonderful from beginning to end! We will 100% be back. We found our new Disney trip hotel!!
First time staying at the hotel and it did not dissapoint! The rooms were clean, staff was amazing, and their breakfast was soooo good. Bonus points for offering an extremely convenient shuttle to and from Disneyland. Also, if you haven't tried it, I highly recommend using their text service if you have questions during your stay. Such a convenient way to get assistance. Loved our stay and will definitely be back!
We always stay here when visiting southern cal , the staff are wonderful and it is a warm hearted feeling when you see the same staff year after year, to mention a few but not all. Do not miss the breakfast , Natalia greets you and Laila, Sara and Melisa treat you like family, the kids just love these. Folks which makes the trip that much more awesome. The management here is doing it right. Thanks much and as Arni said WE WILL BE BACK
The price of this hotel is good for the value, the rooms are pretty modern and nice. The only downside is half the hotel has renovated already and the other half wasn’t. First time i went we didn’t get the newly revonated side, and then the second time we did. So if your going try and get the renovated side, I’m no sure which side of he hotel is renovated I don’t remember. Additionally the hotel gym is pretty big with lots of an equipment and there’s a whole pool and playing courts on the roof top.
